"Eat 2 live, not live 2 eat" ur comments.?!

Question:

"Eat 2 live, not live 2 eat" ur comments.?

Answers:
This statement is so true. Unfortunately, a lot of society has forgotten that we need to eat to live only. Food should be enjoyed as we need it for our survival but not so enjoyed that we are living for our next meal only. This is what has made many nations 'obese'.

Some people have even forgotten that they have to eat to live.

We know that the right way is to eat to live, that is better said than done. I have been guilty of living to eat, so to speak. I enjoy various types of food and I love going out to different restaurants. It's not an easy concept to eat to live, but we must take care of ourselves the way God designed from the beginning. In the garden of Eden he said they could eat freely. I'm sure Adam and Eve did it right. They ate for physical nourishment. In society today we must learn to eat to be fit and healthy instead of for self gratification.

This statement is generally true however, I always eat good tasting quality foods. Not because I'm stuck up or picky, but because I value food and it's unique flavors and ingredients. Most people eat to live and it causes obesity.

Not true! Eating is a way of relaxation. A channel to communicate with friends. If life is meant to be "eat 2 live", then y not just pop pills or drink formulas????

eat to live !!!! yep

The bible says Do not worry about what you would eat or wear. I think we eat to live. Not eating for a while (few days) won't kill us. It's more important to live life meaningfully. Food sustains our body needs and give us energy for each new day.

If only it were that simple.....

That's the way it should be.

True, eating can be such the drug. Food just tastes better when you eat out of geniune hunger.
