Restaraunt for 16th birthday?!
Hey, my 16th birthday is on its way and i want to go for a meal with my friends.
Altogether there will be 6 girls and we want somewhere upbeat and dressy.
We dont want to feel silly turning up in a dress basically.

McDonalds ;)
Pick a chain taht is nice. Red Lobster is decent and you don;t have to spend and Arm and a Leg, as are a lot of the Italiian chains.
If you don't want a chain restuarnt we can't help you as we don;t know where you live.
Cheesecake Factory is fun.
