There is this Mexican dude by my house that makes amazing tacos,he has a taco stand and it's always crowded,his name is Felipe Alfonzo Martinez De La Reguera Mendoza Maciel Hernandez Rio De La Plata Perez De todos Los Santos,Jr.

I had a horse,then he made it into tacos.

My wife says it is me. Because i still cook at home.

35 years executive chef

It used to be Emeril before he got his studio audience and became more of an actor/showman. Now it's Tyler Florence because he's down to earth and doesn't do any grandstanding.

I love Bobby Flay, too. And Giada De Laurentiis.

Paula Dean! not really a chef i dont think but has great personality and some great tasting food.

I dream about Masaharu Morimoto.

Me. I feed myself everyday. And I don't have (or want) a TV.
