Hi there, I have a question that I hope will be simple to answer. I have a large rectangular electric?!
griddle. We need a surface to keep things warm while serving. Can I use the griddle to do this. If we use ovenware casserole dishes, can we set them on the griddle to keep things warm. What about aluminum pie pans and any other type of cookware?

low heat and you can put the cheap foil pans on there too bc they can go in the oven

I think as long as you keep it on really low it should be fine for keeping things warm.
It ought to work. BUT if it has a nonstick surface you are asking for unwanted scratches!
