my sweet 16 is in another year but my mother think ' ss you should plan ahead of time so my birthday is in january i wamted to use winter wonderland but everybody has used that so can yall please HELP me

you can do like a red carpet thing and give out awards like oscars and stuff
party city is a good place to find stuff
