Bear/Packers entree/appetizers??Suggestions?!

Question:

Bear/Packers entree/appetizers??Sugges...

I am in charge of "food" for the game tomorrow. My wife is gone until kickoff. I need some good ideas for appetizers for the group. Anything specific to the rivalry would be great as we have Bear fans and Cheeseheads. I was thinking of stuffed mushrooms and fried rice and my wife thought that was funny before she left. Help!!!

Ok, first GO PACKERS!!!!!!!!
How about a cheese quiche? Or BBQ meatballs? Those are super easy to make. Just buy a box of frozen italian meatballs, toss 'em in a crock pot or microwavable safe dish and add your fave BBQ sauce. Let simmer for an hr or microwave for 4 mins or so...Another idea is to buy some buns or potato rolls and mozza cheese to make them into Meatball sandwhiches.

You can also get the fixins for Chicago style dogs and make Brats for the Cheese curtin Rivalry..

In case your wondering - Im a former Cheese head :-P

hot wings, nachoes, salsa and chips, bean dip, baked stuffed potatoes, chili, pizza, beer, soda pop.

Chili No Bean Dip: Take 1 pkg cream cheese and spread it into a pie plate. Top with a can of chili without beans. Top the chili with shredded cheddar bake at 350 intil cheese melts, serve with tortilla chips. THIS STUFF ROCKS!

Why not consider grilling up some brats and other German sausages, slice 'em and serve with several diffrent mustards?

I'm from Chicago, so I understand your dilema with both fans, so good luck!

italian beef. go bears. there's an easy crock pot recipe for it on allrecipes.

Make up a meat and cheese tray (or buy one from the store for convenience). Bread bowl dips are good. Cheesy soup for Cheeseheads, chili and dogs for Bears. Veggies are good too for dipping (can be gotten from the store too). Nachos, chips, salsa, guac, chili, sour cream or ranch. Be creative! It's a football game!

P.S. Go Iowa State Cyclones today!

Cheese, oysters on ritz crackers, green onions in dip, artichoke dip with triscuts and wheat thins, cheeses curds, cheese on ritz crackers, and guacamole dip.
