How do I set up dining for a king's banquet?!


Question:

How do I set up dining for a king's banquet?

Please provide table layout suggestions as well as table arrangements in a dining hall. I would like to know how many courses to serve and when and what each course should consist of. I would like to know the type of furniture, china, flatware, glassware and table coverings to use. Please provide as much helpful and positive suggestions as possible.

Large spoons for banging on the metal plates.

A doorman to announce each guest. Bang spoons.

Wenches to serve guests. Above knee white skirts. Bang spoons.

The King is served first. Bang spoons.

When King speaks, Bang spoons.

When King drinks, Here! Here! with drink. Bang spoons.

When wenches get near guests, Bang spoons.

If the wench cooperates.........Welllll.......
NAH! Not going there.
