Spaghetti, salad, and bread sticks to serve 100 people?!

Question: Spaghetti, salad, and bread sticks to serve 100 people?
I am looking for the amounts of spaghetti, ground beef, spaghetti sauce, garden salad in bags, salad dressing: Ranch, Italian, French, Thousand Island, bread sticks, and both Parmesan cheese and garlic powder that I would need to buy.

This is for my wedding reception in April.

Go to this website and look on the left at 'feeds 100'. I think you will find all the info you need to handle your reception. Congratulations, good luck, and have fun (and get some help!)

Pasta
20 pounds spaghetti
20 jars spaghetti sauce
10-12 pounds hamburger
15 or 16 loafs of French bread
or 200 bread sticks
6 or 7 bottles parmesan cheese
3 or 4 containers of garlic powder

Salad:
13-14# salad mix
4 bottles Ranch salad dressing
4 bottles French salad dressing
4 bottles Italian salad dressing
2 Thousand Island salad dressing

I would recommend boiling pasta the night before, tossing with olive oil and storing in 5 gallons tubs over night. Then pour boiling water over it to reheat.

Personally I think lasagna is much easier to make for a crowd.
6 (48 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
10 lb. Mozzarella cheese
6 lb. lasagna noodles
2 doz. eggs
1 (0.5 oz.) jar parsley
9 (24 oz.) ricotta
6 lb. ground beef
4 lb. mild Italian sausages, remove casings and crumble
1 large container Parmesan cheese
---

Brown ground beef and Italian sausage together. Mix with spaghetti sauce; set aside. Mix ricotta, parsley, Parmesan cheese and eggs; set aside. Grate Mozzarella cheese(or buy pre-grated). Using long shallow pans, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese in that order. Make a second layer and top with third layer of noodles. Spoon sauce over top and bake, covered with foil for about 1 hour 15 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes before slicing and serving. Should make 10 pans!

Occasionally cook for a soup kitchen.
