Question: What Theme Should My Cupcakes Be?
I'm turning 13 years old & I want a theme for my cupcakes! I like Justin Bieber, but I don't know if I should do that as a theme. I also LOVE HEARTS, peace signs, & just cute stuff. Any ideas? If you could post a link to a picture of a design of a cupcake tower or whatever that would be great! Thanks for the help!!(:
