What are some dinner ideas for family reunion?!

Oh, we're having a reunion in March!. I was going to do the cooking, but illness came upon me.
Our Matriarch decided to have the event catered by her favorite Mexican restaurant.
I was gonna cook;
Mexican Camarones Cocktails (nothing like American)
Machaca Tacos
Enchilada Casserole
Frijoles
Guacamole and chips
Fideo
Pozole

You could also try:
Italian Sausage with onion and bell peppers. One huge dish in the oven full of the ingredients with some garlic and red wine.
Antipasto platter
Ziti Bake
Caprese Salad
Pesto with Fettucini
Garlic Toast
Lemoncella

A bunch of beer can chicken with different flavors
Pasta and Asparagus Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette
Fresh Green Bean Salad with Lemon/Basil Vinaigrette topped with crumbled bacon, Gorgonzola, Lemon slices and Fresh Basil Sprigs.
Baked Beans
Jicama Slaw
Fresh Fruit Salad

Pozole
Tortillas
Shredded beef or pork
Frijoles
Saffron Rice
Hot Sauce

Taco Bar with two types of meat; Machaca, Carnitas, Chicken, etc..

Spinach Dip.
Baked Artichoke Jalapeno Cheese Spread with Water Wafers.
Pizza Pinwheels
Bruschetta
Smoked Salmon with Crostini and cream cheese
Greek Chicken with Potatoes and a big ol' Greek Salad

Deli meats and cheeses with an assortment of breads and condiments for deli sandwiches

Fresh fruits in season

Swedish meatballs
Baked fish or baked chicken
7 layer salad or garden salad
Hawaiian rolls or dinner rolls
Steamed mixed veggies
Baked potatoes or Cajun rice

Dessert:
Mini strawberry shortcakes
(mini shortcakes cups, mashed strawberries w/syrup *can be found premade in any frozen fruit/dessert aisle* & whipped cream)
