Sweet 16 party ideas?!

Question: Sweet 16 party ideas?
My birthday is on april 5th so i still have planning time i just want to know what i should do for it?
A sweet 16 is supposed to be something you remember and enjoy and i'm at a loss.
My mom and dad have already pre ordered one of those professional cakes (like the ones on cake boss and what not) But idk what to do for the birthday. Alot of people where i live have drinking parties all about getting high and everything but im not that type and im scared that if i have one without that people will think it's lame and not want to come. I'm thinking about a party bus but they're pretty expensive... Do you have any ideas? What did you do for your sweet 16? any help is appreciated.

Something Creative! I've been to color themed sweet sixteens, and I've been to a zombie prom theme sweet sixteen. Think of something that describes your style in a way, and something creative and different that people will remember.

A good restaurant without adults solves your problem as it's a mature thing to do, but get a parent to book it in advance and tell the restauranteurs that it's a sixteenth. That way if a friend tries to order alcohol they'll refuse them, but you personally won't lose face as you can say your parent booked it and told them it was a sixteenth. The owners might do you a cake too.

nobody cares if theres alcohol or not, they just wanna partyy!!!

i really wanted to do a masquerade ball thing for mine. everybody has to come wearing masks!!! it could be so funn!!! youd get some friends talking to ur other friends even if they dont know each other!!!

unfortunately, i never got a sweet 16 :( but i hope this helpss!!
