Ask whoever has ipods w/playlists to bring them along. Maybe pick a crazy song and choreograph a group dance (or individuals dance) and videotape. Have a digital camera to take individual posed memento ugly pics in PJs. Play some dumb organized games like Slap Uno or Pictionary - idk nothing too involved...just goofy...something you liked playing as a little kid. Have a couple current movies from Redbox or Netflix on hand for later w/popcorn. Put names of celebrities or commonly known personalities on pieces of paper that you tape on each girls back and she has to ask questions (like "am I a male or female, do I have a talk show, am I in politics? Etc.) for clues to guess who she is. Winner is the first to guess who she is and gets the most comfy spot to sleep or something. Or you can get in teams and act out the characters and the team who gets the most guesses wins. You can get your parents to make up the names and put them on each girl so you don't know. OR ask the girls for ideas but kInd of set the tone like - I want my b-day party to be no drama, laid back, uninhibited fun. Do these sound like old lady ideas? Actually, don't answer that. Oh and Red Velvet cakes are pretty common; you should be able to get your local grocery store bakery to bake that for you. I hope you have fun! Happy Birthday Alisha

Alright, you can buy a red velvet cake from any grocery store, they cost the same as any other cake really. Or you can make a red velvet cake! Really easy when you go to the grocery store and buy red velvet cake mix and just make it that way!
Now, don't plan your party too much. Just keep it simple and say it is a dance or something! Don't plan every single thing you want to do, because when the party is actually there, chances are, it's going to be a total disappointment because nobody really will go according to plan. I had to learn that the hard way :(! Just relax and go with the flow!

go with a smaller version of one of these theme ideas:

if it's small just make it simple. just have girls night
