Melted butter to solid again?!

Question: Melted butter to solid again?

I melted a mini tub of "I can't believe it's not butter". I put it in the fridge and know it kind of looks like a jello. Will it go back to normal over time? If so, how long will it take??

i dont think itll go back to normal, but i believe if you freeze it then let it thaw, itll be just fine ;)

put it in the fridge .. it will b solid again .. it may take 2 : 3 hours

my experience

It probably won't go back to normal. It has separated. Next time only melt exactly as much as you need.
