Isn't there Medieval Times on the Jersey Turnpike. I do not how close that is to you but it is a pretty good option.

There is a restaurant in what looks like a medieval castle south of Pittsburgh off RT 70 east of Washington PA
I can't remember the name but they are in the entertainment book and have good steaks.
There is no place in the area that has a dinner and medieval show.

King Of The Hill

King of the Hill restaurant...way overpriced, and food isn't all that great. I didn't care for it.

It's off of 70 near Bentlyville, if I remember correctly. I was there when it first opened.
