I read this question aloud and my wife answered, "Your Mai Tais." Here is the recipe -- I made about, oh, two hundred of these at my friend's pig roast this summer.
Art Bar Mai Tai (inspired by the Art Bar at the Newmark Theater in Portland, Oregon, the first place I ever had coconut rum in a mai tai):
1 shot medium rum (Coruba, Mt. Gay, Bacardi, etc.)
1 shot coconut rum
4 oz. pineapple-orange juice
Juice of 1/4 lime
2 tablespoons grenadine
1 shot Gosling's Black Seal rum, floated on top
Orange wedge and maraschino cherry on a paper umbrella
Fill a glass with ice. Add medium and coconut rums and pineapple-orange juice, squeeze lime juice; stir. Sink the grenadine on the bottom of the glass, then float the dark rum on top of the glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and cherry (if you can't find those paper umbrellas, plastic swords work too). Let the drinker stir to taste; part of what makes this fun is the layered look, with the red grenadine at the bottom, the orange-yellow juice in the middle, and the dark rum at the top.
The Gosling's Black Seal rum is critical -- it smells (and tastes!) like molasses, and sets the tone for the whole drink. Myer's is not an adequate substitute; there are some other black rums from the Caribbean that will do, but Gosling's is really the thing.
Now, if you're looking for something to drink on a cold winter's evening, here's something to do with the coconut rum left over from your pirate party:
Almond Joy
1 shot coconut rum
1 shot Gosling's Black Seal
1 shot amaretto
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
4 oz. hot strong coffee
Whipped cream
Mix all the ingredients, stirring to dissolve the chocolate syrup in the coffee. Top with whipped cream.

Freshly-squeezed lemon juice
Citron Vodka

Ice
Rim glass w/ lemon juice, then dip into sugar... allow to harden before making drink.
My dad makes a cosmopolitan to die for. Sadly, he didn't share the recipe with me. I usually make mine with cranberry juice, vodka, a little seltzer, and a few drops of lemon and lime juice. Shake it up in a cocktail shaker and serve in a classic martini glass.

Well, I can't give ingrediants! I am sorry! Only because I don't have them. But the best drink I have EVER had is call the Espanto Wave. I had it this summer at this private island called Cayo Espanto. It was their signature mixed drink...their house drink. I doubt the website would have that information, but it's this blue thing, frozen and just a little frosty with a cherry on top. I was on the floor with just a couple of those! You can check out the site or maybe contact them via aprivateisland.com, but no guarantees that they will actually list the ingrediants. If they do...LET ME KNOW! "In an old fashioned or (flat bottomed) on-the-rocks glass, add:
2 to 3 (depending on size) key limes cut into thin slices (approximately 1/8 inch thick). Some people like to peel the limes before slicing but this eliminates the lime oil in the peel, which many believe to be essential for an 'authentic' taste. You may want to remove any seeds before muddling ... unless you're fond of straining them through your teeth.
Add 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of sugar to the top of the lime slices (Brazilians like it VERY sweet)
Muddle (mash) sugar and limes together well
Add 2 to 3 shots (ounces) cacha?a
Stir well to thoroughly dissolve the sugar, add cracked ice, stir, enjoy ... and think tropical thoughts!
