i live in los angeles and i can get them from the ice-cream truck.....also at my local 7-11.

Where I live you can buy them at the Dollar Store. Check out your local store...........everyone has at least one dollar store near them now.

Have you checked at your local Walmart? You can ask most store managers to order some, many stores are very accommodating. Many even say it in their ads.
