Where can I find a new set of bordeaux wine glasses made by Charter Club?
They were sold at Macy's a couple of years ago.

I'd contact Macy's and see if their buyer could either order them for you or give you a contact through which you could locate them yourself. I looked online for Charter Club and found china and some martini glasses, but that is all. Maybe the company is out of business. There is a spot called Replacements.com which might be able to help you. Sorry I couldn't be more useful.

try crate and barrel, world market, neiman marcus (though you will pay through the teeth there), macys, or even maybe pottery barn....all of the stores have searchable online websites where you can search by brand and style for whatever wine glasses your are looking for....
