Party planning help!?!
so for the last two years my buddies in a band have had these concerts/ pool parties at my friends summer house about an hour away from town. they have been held the last 2 years in july and we set up the stage beside the pool. people drink and swim into the wee hours of the morning, and most guests stay overnight in tents on the property. our problem is that not many people want to drive that far.
what could we do to make the party so crazy that the people invited couldn't miss it.

Have awesome food and drinks! It sounds like you already have the music. If you're in an area that allows backyard fires roast an entire pig. Have a full blown luau. No one can resist grilled pineapple chicken and frozen drinks with little umbrellas.
