chicken marsala.... it is the best and supereasy , If you want to know how just ask!

Try chicken. Cook them first, then pour a can of cream of chicken over it, some onion powder and mushrooms. Make some packaged
rice pilaf and nice salad and a bought dessert and you got a meal.
But most of all, enjoy your date, don't worry so much!!

You're making this way more difficult than necessary. Most men are happy with a bowl of cereal. Speaking for men from the South, fix him a good old meat and potatoes meal. Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green peas or pinto beans, rolls, sweet tea, and pecan pie.

why don't you get take away then you can both enjoy your evening. IF you want to cook keep it to somwthing simple. try something that you can cook in just one pot like a rissotto or chicken casserole

I would make a nice pot roast with potatoes and carrots in it. Or mashed potatoes. Gravy, too. You could have a garden salad, a good loaf of bread or rolls. Find out what his favorite dessert is. If you drink any alcohol, you could have wine. Tea or coffee if you like. Wins them over every time.

What I do is check out the weather to determine if im going to prepare something light like a chicken and pineapple salad. or heavy like a beef and guinness stew if the weather is cold and wintery.

Fried chicken
mashed potatoes
cole slaw
rolls

Make a simple roast chicken, with potatoes and veg. Go simple, and you'll have more time with him. You can put everything in a roaster, and get back to it in an hour and a half - the chicken, whole potatoes, big chunks of carrots and onion - simple seasonings - and you're done! And it's yummy.

you can make carbonara. Its really easy and it will impress him.

You boil spaghetti noodles.
in a bowl combing 1/2 cup parmesan cheese with 6 egg yolks, salt & pepper to taste. set aside
you need 1/4 lb pancetta cut into bite size pieces, cook until crispy.
when the noodles are done drain and add noodles to the egg yolks, put crispy pancetta on top, top with more parmesan cheese.

ENJOY!! my husband made this for me on our 2nd date, I thought he was a great cook, and he is. I am a chef and this is very easy!!
