Answers:

Cookies for Care packages are fun and easy. I send care packages every 6 months, and put lots of goodies in the packages.
Swiss Colony has some good cookies, and several choices to. All there products are good, so far that I know.
You mite want to go to your bakery, of your choice, and ask them to ship cookies, for you. You will have to pay for the shipping.
If you are making cookies, chocolate chips, coconut macaroons, Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter, Sugar Cookies decorated, Toffee Squares [ recipe on Nestles Chocolate Chips bag],.
Other items you mite put in a Care Packages are: Raisins, Popcorn, Mini Bags of Chips, Nuts, Ramon Noodles, Homemade Fudge, Hard Candy, Couch Drops, Trail Mix, Kool Aid, Gum, Kleenex, Granola Bars, Fishes [mini crackers], Rice Cakes,Candy Canes, or lollipop's, Pretzels. Also anything special treats that are homemade is very special for everyone.

Pepperidge farm are pretty good.
