I am having some cupcakes made for my party but I have Celiac Disease, should they make them at my house?!

Question: I am having some cupcakes made for my party but I have Celiac Disease, should they make them at my house?
Should I have the baker come to my house where flour won't be flying around? HELP!

Answers:

I'm not quite clear, is this a professional baker, or a friend? I doubt a pro would make house calls, and if you explain WHY the cupcakes must be gluten-free, they should be able to accommodate you. Of course, cross-contamination happens all the time (fellow celiac sufferer here, so I know) so yes, your house would be safer than anywhere else, if that's an option.
