Check out the Yellow Pages in your Phone book and find some Party Supply stores.Then go and visit the stores. I'm sure that will be more than happy to help you with all your decorating need and rental of tables and seats. Go to on of the better bakery shop and talk to the bake may will make up a cake to your specifications.

I recently had my graduation party and I mainly shopped at orientaltrading.com, target, walmart, dollar tree, and many more places. I decorated my own cake and that is a cheap way to go. Use fondant on your cake. It will make it look smooth and professional. You can find on many websites how to make and use fondant. And as a bonus, it is really sweet and tastes great!
