you could buy barbeque equipment and then hire it out,organize the meat,maybe people want space to barbeque like if they like throwing a big one, for children's barbeque you could offer waitering services ,you could organize the games or activities,. to get it out in the market you could make flyer's or you could paste it by the supermarkets, hand it out to people .make huge posters.
