breakfast:
Serving size of multi grain cheerios with skim milk. Trust me.

lunch:
turkey/ham/whatever meat u want sandwich bc u cant go wrong with sandwiches. Water. And a fruit.

dinner:
another fruit and a vegetable. Dont be afraid to put cheese on those vegetables =). Chicken and once a week hamburgers. Have a strach too. (rice, pasta, corn, potatoes, etc.)

a good and healthy snack is kashi cookies, for when you get hungry anytime in between meals. And another snack is fruit. Can't get enough of fruit.

you might want to have a chicken chili recipe or turkey chili recipe. Most people do not realize how healthy chili recipes are. They are full of veggies, protein and taste great.
