HOW DO I SET MY GUEST TABLES UP IF IT IS A BYOB CELEBRATION I WILL HAVE BEER & SET UPS ON A TABLE?!

I don't really understand what you're trying to do. Totally BYOB, you should just set out lots of Cola, 7-up, and mixers/juices for everyone to use with their liquor. Do you think everyone will carry in their own 6-pack of beer, set it on the table they are sitting at, and peel off one when they want another one? Who would want warm beer after the first one? You could provide some kind of ice buckets for everyone with ice so everyone can keep their own supply cold. Or - you could ask for a small donation to get a keg of beer for everyone to share, without having to carry around your own beer to prevent moochers from "borrowing just one".

You could always provide labels for everyone to label their own bottle. Have one bar area where people can put their bottle if they are willing to share with the crowd. A separate table where the labeled bottles are and it is understood it is a private bottle only for the owner to drink from.
