glow in the dark party blacklight bulb help please?!

I'm trying to throw a glow in the dark party but need some help picking the proper blacklight bulbs. The party hall can fit a maximum of 100 people so it's not too big but not extremely small. There are 15 places in the ceiling where we can put blacklight bulbs not tubes. My budget for the bulbs is $100- $200. I want this to be a party that amazes my guests so I would like powerful blacklight bulbs that make their clothes glow really brightly but again the blacklight bulbs should still fit my budget. Any help is appreciated and this is a website that could possibly help. Please try to specific which bulb i should exactly buy.
