What's your favorite type of Chocolate?!

Mine would be depending on the time I want to enjoy the chocolate.
But mostly, it's dark chocolate.
I enjoy occasional milk chocolate but NO to white chocolate.

And of course, all chocolate I enjoy need to be a couverture one.
Not to be picky, but I find compound chocolates too greasy and the mouthfeel is horrible.

Whatever I'm in the mood for. Right now it would be dark chocolate, I can just imagine having the nice rich taste of it. But sometimes I like milk chocolate and others white. What I don't like is too much of the same :P

sorry, it has to be milk chocolate, and only cadburys for this little duck.. I only like the dark choc on the Cherry Ripe... :)
