Question: Hookah bar in nyc that doesnt card?
me and some friends are going to be in nyc and we wanted to go to a hookah bar, but we are under 18. which hookah lounge would you reccomend that also doesnt id you?
i also heard some bars serve you alcohol even if youre underage, is that true? if so which ones?

There's a better chance of you winning the lottery than finding any kind of bar that will serve minors in NYC. Why would they risk losing their license for you?
