Why don't you get the friends who are able to make it together and go on a shopping spree in the morning, get loads of girly goodies and stop off for lunch or something on your way home, then when you get back set up a mini spa in your house, give each other manicures & pedicures etc, try on your new outfits and maybe glitz it up with some birthday cupcakes & virgin cocktails? (im assuming you don't drink alcohol!)
If your friends cant afford shopping then maybe a clothes swap? you all sort through ur wardrobes for a bag of clothing you never wear anymore and then rifle through each others cast offs for some new clothing! (one woman's trash is anothers treasure etc etc!)
If you want to be going out then is there any theme parks in your area? or lazer quest? paint-balling? or maybe even go to a real spa??
Visit a bookstore, buy a dictionary and use it to learn how to spell ALL DAY, THERE'S, SOMETIMES, CINEMA, CAN'T, I'M. That should take the three of you most of the day.
i don't know if ure from the uk but we have laser quest which is sooo much fun u could go shopping in the morning u could make a game out of it like go into a store u all have 20 mins (or as long as you like)to find the uglyest outfit (or any theme you like) and then go and change into them in the changing rooms i used to do that with my friends when we was younger it was so much fun then u could go to laser quest and then fro some food after pizza hut or wherever you like all depends on your budget if your looking for a money free way of having fun just get your friends round give each other makeovers nails hair makeup etc.. put ya music on dress up and just have a giggle but either way have an awesome day and happy birthday :)
