Question: I need a cheap place to throw my birthday party !!!!?

i want it to b in either queens or Manhattan i prefer queens im throwing a masquerade in February 8th 2011 and my parents said as long as i find a nice cheap place they will throw it for me im trying to spend about 1,000 or 1,500 or maybe less please help me out !!

I never been to New York but im sure in all those tall buildings there is a place
