Oriental Trading Company has a ton of Hawaiian themed items very inexpensive. Some things you could do:
Leis for all the guests
Ask them to dress in their best "Hawaiian" outfits
Make a Tiki Bar area for drinks
Use hot colors like lime green, hot pink, orange, blue, yellow
Use hula skirting around the food/drink tables
Tiki torches are usually inexpensive and make great decor
Use straws with flowers or umbrellas in drinks
Leis type garland can be swagged everywhere
Make a sign that welcomes the guests saying "Aloha"
