I am having a Come Dine with me night and i need ideas for a theme?!

Chinese can be quite complex so I would go with Mexican :) Fajitas, Tacos, Chilli Con Carne, Nachos, Guacamole... You can choose your heat if you don't like spicy, it's great party food. Only problem is there isn't too many desserts....
You've got sombreros (can't spell), maracas (also can't spell..) moustaches, ponchos (gosh I really can't spell!) So there's definately a lot of room for ideas :D

I have just recently hosted a dinner party and my theme was america. I cooked up a nacho plater for starters tripple burger containing beef burger bacon and oinion rings in a bun served with chips for the main and for desert toffe waffles. It came to a toatal cost of ￡8.74 for 5 of us. Of course you could change the menu but its an easy theme to go along. I had an american flag cowboy hats and yasos hanging from the door ways.
i hope this gives you an idea.
