What would you like to see/experience in a classy lounge/cafe?!
I was hoping to have a lounge where people with class can gather and mingle or have a sexy dessert and cocktail. All this happening with live entertainment.
Is there anything else you would like to see in a lounge in your downtown area?
Is there something you experienced at a lounge that you wished all lounges/cafes had?
And any other ideas/comments are welcome.

I want bananas. and whipped cream. high end drinks, plush furniture, a shelf of old books, modern, trendy, etc
I'd do a mash-up of styles of furniture. Some high bistro tables for 2-4 people, and overstuffed couches and chairs with low tables. Sconces on the walls for lighting atmosphere. A darker, earthy color scheme, but then the arty prints you put on the walls can pop with color. Include wine tastings if your permit allows it. This concept is a mash of a pub in San Jose and a tasting room in Napa.
One of the best experiences I had at that tasting room (Ceja) was the Saturday Salsa Dance Night. Salsa dancing every Sat. And you don't even have to know how, just show up! And if people are self-conscious, they also offer salsa lessons earlier in the night It's a blast.
