**ATTN BAKERS**can I bake and fill 50 cupcakes tonight and use them for a birthday party at 11am tomorrow?!

Question: **ATTN BAKERS**can I bake and fill 50 cupcakes tonight and use them for a birthday party at 11am tomorrow?
I'm just wondering if the inside of them will be soggy or if the cupcakes will get hard

Answers:

What you want to do is make sure the container that you are putting your cupcakes in can be sealed up as much as possible. So, if you are using a bakery box, take a large plastic trash bag and put the box inside the bag and try and tie the bag closed as much as you can. Best place to store them - your oven with of course, the heat off. Keeps an even temperature and the wind off of them.

Now, it depends on what your filling is made from. If it is a filling that doesn't require refridgeration after opening, then no. You won't need to put them in the refridge. It's it's some type of whipped cream/topping or pudding or a fruit filling - yes, I would refridgerate them.

Now, remember one thing - if you use some type of sprinkles or decorations with color in them, you risk the colors running if you put those on tonight. So, if you can put your sprinkles or decorations on tomorrow before you put them out, you limit the risk of colors running.

Good luck.

absolutely, you can do it. Should be just ok.

You definitely can!

bake tonight , fill tomorrow

They won't go bad in less than a day.
You shouldn't have a problem.

no problem, I do it all the time.
