Need meal ideas for a group of about 15!?!

Question: Need meal ideas for a group of about 15!?
Hosting our worship team dinner at my house tomorrow night and I am out of ideas for what to make. I've done burgers and dogs, taco bar, pizza, and soup night and I'd like to try something fresh. Usually everybody brings something and I host the main dish...any suggestions? The easier the better :)!

Thanks!!

Well there are a bunch of choices. You may go with Cajun Red beans, sausage and rice, Chow chow, slaw & cornbread. Sheet cake.
Or
A pan of taco lasagna and a pan of chicken enchiladas, or nacho fixins/fajita fixins, red/spanish rice, refried beans with cheese. Chocolate cake ice cream.
Or
fish fry with slaw, fries, hush puppies, onion rings, navy or baked beans, fired biscuits. Banana pudding.
Or BBQ either/or burgers, chicken, breasts, ribs, brisket with tater salad, baked beans, Coconut pie.

How bout a sandwich platter, you can make it cheaper than buy it. Have others bring the chips, dips, drinks, desserts, pickles, condiments or whatever.

You could also do a snack/appetizer type dinner. Think Christmas partyish. You could do the hot stuff like meatballs, cocktail wieners, chicken fingers, rotel dip, etc.. and have others bring whatever they want like chips, other dips, finger sandwiches, cheese ball & crackers, veggies & dip, desserts & drinks. If you do this just make sure you do have a couple of "meaty" options, I've found that some guys don't care for this as much if there's no "real" meat or only enough for them to have one bite!

Chicken. Either take a few whole chickens & put them in those reynolds oven cooking bags after seasoning them with Lemon Pepper or do this:
Take about 30 Drumsticks
Place in oven @ 350 for 30 minutes.
take out & let cool.
Have a bowl with Honey in it & whip in a fe tablespoons of lemon juice to thin it, then get a large plate & make a mound of fresh crushed corn flake crumbs from the blender.
Have a LB of bacon on hand, seperate the bacon pcs.
One by one, take a drumbstick, peel back the skin, roll it in honey then roll it in the corn flake crums & wrap a strip of bacon around it, place back in the pan & put the drumbsticks to baking for another 45 minutes @ 350
There are EXCELLENT! Your company will not only eat more than one, but be begging for the recipe!
