Organising a formal five course lunch for next weekend, any suggestions? Fyi, courses are soup, salad, main, dessert and petits fours.

Light mushroom soup with truffle oil

Salad
smoked mackrel, roasted beetroot, a few leaves, some torn blackened bread...

Main
Rack of lamb with salsa verde on polenta

Dessert
An extremely good custard tart

Petit Fours
meringues, macaroons, choux buns.
