What kind of party should I have? Turning 14.?!
I want to have three kinds of parties which ones do you think will be best?
Fashion show Theme-
I make my own dresses. Then when the party starts and the guests come I will be putting on fashion show music. Then the 'models' AKA my friends, will be modeling them. the best model will get to take home a few dresses of their choice ext., ext.
Spa party-
I rent a mobile spa like this one:

I would do the fashion one. My friend had a fashion one for her 14th and we had a bunch of fabric and clothes on the tables and had thirty seconds to grab whatever and make an few presentable outfits out of the supplies. We had scissors, tape and staples to attach the cloth. At the end we had a big fashion show, it was really fun :) It was like project runway.
Well, i'm sure the fashion show thing sounds cool, but if i were a 14 year old boy attending the party, i would think it was a little strange. I'm 16... but yeah. Maybe that's normal for your group of friends though? idk. If its just girls then maybe thats fun? hahaha i have no idea im a guy. but good luck with whatever you do.
I'm a 14 yr old girl... So i'd pick luau. Coconut bras, those coconut cups that you can sneak alcoholic beverages in and no one'll notice lol.... hmmm... Maybe a pool if you have one:)... Tikis and stuff sound cool.:D
I'd go for the Fashion Show one for 1st choice, Luau for 2nd choice. It's a lot to pull together in a week so I hope you have the fashions all ready to go!
Make a runway...add some curtains (gauzy material and little lights)...have cameras to take their pics...serve refreshments in kind of a fancy way---add sparkle and glitz (spray glitter on balloons).
Maybe as a party favor you can find some photo frames at the Dollar Tree for $1 each (even decorate them if you want to) so guests can display that "party picture" of themselves...or take a big group picture to put in there!. Can include fashion make-up for the girls...lip glosses, nail polish and some sweet treats.
Serve some chocolate dipped strawberries, sparkling cider or a nice punch in a big bowl--the rest of the menu's up to you.
