Romantic Dinner Ideas?!

Question: Romantic Dinner Ideas?
hey im just looking for some ideas on a romantic dinner for my boyfriend. Im on a bit of a budget, but any help would be grateful. Thanx :)

Answers:

It's the atmosphere and the company that's mostly romantic although some foods are definitely not romantic like fish and chips or spaghetti bolognaise (Unless you are The Lady and the Tramp).
Avoid anything that can spill down his shirt or make him choke (Soup and fish bones).or any meat that he has to chew for an hour or a dish so unusual that he pokes it around his plate trying to decide what it is. Watch out for 'Hot' either boiling or green chilli versions.
There are loads of recipes on the net- just take the above precautions and if you share the washing up, you dry because he can demonstrate his skills at dish cleansing and anyway, he doesn't know where anything goes and you'll be searching for that pot for a month.
All the best.

----------------------------------------…

Shrimp Scampi

4 tsp olive oil

1 1/4 pounds med shrimp, peeled (tails left on) and deveined

6-8 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth

1/2 cup dry white wine

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup + 1 T minced parsley

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

4 lemon slices

In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Saute the shrimp until just pink, 2-3 min. Add the garlic and cook stirring constantly, about 30 seconds. With a slotted spoon transfer the shrimp to a platter, keep hot.

In the skillet, combine the broth, wine, lemon juice, 1/4 cup of the parsley, the salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Boil, uncovered, until the sauce is reduced by half; spoon over the shrimp. Serve garnished with the lemon slices and sprinkled with the remaining tablespoon of parsley.

Find out what he likes that you might know about. Ask his friends or parents. If he finds out that you went to that trouble it'll be romantic.

Tell him you are going to surprise him and pick him up. Take him to the highest point with the best view you can find. Bring blankets to snuggle in and a picnic basket with a loaf a bread, some cheese and a bottle of wine. Some fruit and maybe a salami would be nice.

Hang some blankets from the ceiling and decorate so your place looks and feels like the inside of a tent in the desert. Sit on pillows and have Arabic music quietly playing. Serve food designed to be eaten with the hands. Make a tagine and eat it with pita or lavash. Take turns feeding each other.

Cook him a nice meal that he really likes and have the music down low and candles that always works for my boyfriend and its cheap too.

give him a nice bj under the table
