Depends on where you live & how many people are coming over.
Just a typical cold cut sandwhich with cake & then maybe some camping out in tents in the yard? Will your G-Parents let you build a camp fire?
Are there any theme parks around you? Miniture Golf Courses, or Arcades?
Find a place that you like & set up a meeting with the manager & explain that you don't have a lot of money but would like to have your Birthday Party there & would they be willing to let you work so many hours after school or on weekends, keeping track of your time & put a money value on it. And explain that your hard work will pay for your party.
If I were a manager at a place like that & I had a teenager make me an offer like that, I would definately say YES!
Pizza/cake/ice cream/chip dips/dvd/games/sleep over.
