This is the best dip EVER!! and everyone always loves it! I would highly suggest it! I always make it at my parties :)

1 large can of Hormel Chilli No Beans
1 package of Philly Cream Cheese

put them in a big bowl, stick in the microwave for 3 minutes, mix it all together and serve with cheese doritos!! My college friends have me make this EVERY time we all get together! And its cheap and easy! :)....plus a GREAT drunk snack haha

I would have a party with good food and have lots of tables and chairs with Hawaiian table cloths and a limbo for people who want to play have a few prizes and decorate for a l hawaiian party that will be so fun on the invo write everyone has to where a grass skirt and a little top guy have to where hawaiian shirt and jeans that will be an extra sweet 21 party ! best of luck !

alcohol, beer pong. flip cup. card games:spades,circle of death/kings, poker and whatever other games you play. apples to apples. Kareoke. Set up a good playlist on your ipod. have some snack foods and such as well.

Good music, something funny on TV like a stand-up comic, and an array of food. And booze and soda. You can't go wrong by keeping it simple.

Alcohol always works. Great food, plenty of things to do and BEER PONG :)
