Question: Sweet Sixteen Party Ideas?
I have about a 7000$ budget ( I haven't had a party since i was 9), and I need cool ideas. I live in MD, and also if you could help me find cool venues.

I was thinking DJ, buffet style food, and....then I am lost.
Please help.

$7000...

get a big inflatable kiddie pool and fill it with $1s, for people to roll around in in their underwear.

two tanks of nitrous and a few pounds of smoke and a big bucket o' coke.

rent a few ferraris and have races.

hire some strippers and some clowns and make the strippers make out with the clowns while everyone laughs at them.

A carnival type of theme. Use bright colors & balloons to decorate. Cotton candy, sno cone, popcorn machines. Carnival music & games. Bingo, pinata & guessing games with fun prizes. Ice cream sundae station with baked goodies. Leave some cupcakes, cookies & brownies bare so guests can decorate them.
