Question: Suggestions on how to present 100 cupcakes?
We're ordering about 100 cupcakes for a party. At first we did think of a renting a large tired cake stand that stands on the floor, but we're looking for something a bit more cost effective. Perhaps a massive tray?

Also any suggestions on transporting them?

To display, get several wide boxes, different heights. Place them on the table and cover the boxes with tables cloths. Put the cupcakes on multiple trays and place them on the boxes. You can put flowers or candles to add the the decor.

To deliver them, I would use large shirt or coat boxes lined with wax paper.

I saw an amazing tiered cake stand made from plates of different sizes with cups and bowls between - sort of piled up. They were stuck using glue and the china sort of went together but not matched (charity shop??). It was very effective - for 100 cakes you would need to have more that one.
