Ahhhhhh--- a "Do-Over"!...I love it!

First decide if you're doing this at home...or going out to like a skating rink with friends.

There's always a Mall Scavenger hunt you do with cameras with all kinds of funny things tasks to accomplish and have party in Food Court. Have a Mom go with you to guard the presents, the cake, plates , etc. and have lots of balloons tied to the chairs--plus you have a time limit to to the scavenger hunt (lists are online if you google mall scavenger hunt lists).

This can even be a surprise...just say you're going to the mall and take her there and have all the guests waiting to surprise her! Or you can all go back to your house for the cake and music. Take lots of pics and make a scrapbook for her of everyone and they can sign the book, too.

Think of all her favorite places and take her to them. But make it a surprise!
