heres what you need to do to make your party rock:

-make lots of paper snowflakes of all different sizes (google if you dont know how) and hang them from the ceiling.
-spray all mirrors/windows with snow spray.. but dont overdo it.
-on all of the tables, you needsnowflake confetti.. you can get it at any party store
-have misletoe hanging from the entry way ;)
-get white pointsettias (sp?) from a craft store (the fake ones) its a traditional winter time flower thats very pretty... use it for table centerpieces and other places you need decorations
-those clear branch looking things for table centers as well
-white and clear baloons all around on the floor
-fiberoptic stuff is always cool

ohhh... i think you can order glow necklaces in only certain colors. (blue, obviously) you can either:
-go to dollar tree and buy all the blue ones they have individually
-go to orientaltrading.com and order just blue in bulk
always makes a cool party favor =)

Lots of balloons, the opaque white ones would be prettiest, or even a white pearl. I would buy alot of white tulle or other sheer material and use it to decorate everywhere. I'm thinking sorta like a winter wonderland type theme I guess since it's near Christmas.

You could do clear and white ornaments hung from fishing line from the ceiling, and clear or white glass beads in vases, bowls, etc. Clear jewel like ornaments or clear icicles would be pretty hanging from things too, if you wanted to incorporate Christmas into it you could do a white tree with all white and clear lights and ornaments, bows, etc.

I would def use clear Christmas lights everywhere too. You can string the lights in the tulle for a beautiful effect.

You could even do some snowflakes if you wanted, they have lots of pretty ones at the dollar stores around Christmas time. Or buy some fake snow!

You might wanna do an arch with white and maybe silver balloons to take pics under. Or go all out and have an ice sculpture!

For favors:
You could get white organza bags from the dollar store and fill them with white chocolate covered candies or nuts and tie with a turquoise sheer ribbon or put in some white choc kisses, a baggie filled with mini marshmallows and a pack of cocoa.

Or if you wanted to be more casual (or appeal to guys more too) you could do white lunch sized paper bags and put chapstick w/ the label removed (guys)/clear lip gloss (girls), some white lifesaver mints, some white choc kisses and maybe some all white mini candy canes. Punch two holes in the top and tie with a turquoise or white ribbon. You could print labels to go on the front that say "thanks for coming to my party!" or whatever.

**If you don't want it to be Christmas-y then just eliminate the tree/ornaments but I think you can still use the snow/icicle ideas.

Obviously a Winter Sparkle theme comes to mind>>>get tree branches and spray with fake snow and also craft silver glitter....same goes for balloons, spray them for xtra sparkle. (You'll need to add touches of silver to make the white stand out)

Using a variety of mirrors (if you find old ones, spray frames silver--otherwise mirrors can be purchased at craft stores)...these represent "ice"....cotton around the rims can be the snow....mirrors can hold the food platters, appetizers, etc.

Hang sparkle snowflakes, icicles....get lots of white twinkle lights -----use them in those tree branches of white.

Silver candlesticks with white tapers or bundles of white and silver pillar candles of different heights. Use some turquoise Christmas ball ornaments to add around the base of the candle arrangement for a pop of color. Fill tall clear cylindrical vases with ornaments of white, silver, turquoise.

If using a white tablecloth (linen would look elegant..!)...add some while tulle netting on it that has a sparkle on it.

Party favors can be put into clear Christmas ball ornaments with a turquoise bow>>>(can be Hershey kisses in silver foil, white candies and blue M&M candies in there....hang these ornaments from the tree branches to give out to guests.

Mounds of those white Hostess Snoballs would look cute>>>kind of like a big snow mound :D>>get some of that shredded shiny paper they use to stuff gift bags with (find some in turquoise) to lay around the Snoballs for added dimension of color.

....anyone good at making an ice sculpture?? lol that's quite an untertaking.
