Question: What are some ideas for a "Night on the Town" Sweet 16 party?

I'm inviting 16 girls, and I know we are going to go to a Mexican restaurant, but what else can we do? I don't want to spend more that $100 after the food. Oh, and please don't say a limo cause that's too expensive.
