Good ideas for a mini small b-day party (15+(age) boys & girls)?!

Question: Good ideas for a mini small b-day party (15+(age) boys & girls)?
Well it's my b-day on September 21 so I was planning to throw a little mini house party with a few close friends on September 25. I'm going to be 15 & The people attending are 15-16 years old. There is going to be Boys & Girls,[I'm female btw xD] Well I just wanted a few ideas of something that wont cost so much[No more than $150-200]

I have a bf so it cant be games like spin the bottle nor 7 minutes in Heaven, My parents will be there so it also cant be nothing like that. I have to keep it PG-13. I have the board game Apples & Apples :) Any other good board games? Or any other games like Truth or Dare & DDD? I also have a PS3 so is there any good games out to buy? Good movies [PG-13 & Some 'R' exception] Scary, Funny...Food...Please help me xD Also I'm planning on inviting around 10-12 people or less.

Thanks <3 :) --(No theme needed)

A pizza party is always good.
You have about 15 to 20 people, divide them into 4 or 5 groups of 5 or 4 persons. Make lots of pizza dough and have each group make their own pizza design, cook them and every one gets to try each others. Then vote on who's was the best tasting, most imaginative (make a face out of the toppings).
If your oven isn't big enough make pizzas that at pie plate size. Toppings are cheap and fun to cut up and prepare to be sued for each pizza.

Good luck

Pin the tail on the donkey is always a hit. You could get a beer bottle shaped pinata. Wow, are you kids up to 7 minutes? When I was a pup, it was 2 minutes.
