Question: Ideas for a 15 b-day party?

Well it's my b-day on September 21 so I was planning to throw a little mini house party with a few close friends on September 25. I'm going to be 15 & The people attending are 15-16 years old. There is going to be Boys & Girls,[I'm female btw xD] Well I just wanted a few ideas of something that wont cost so much[No more than $150-200]

I have a bf so it cant be games like spin the bottle nor 7 minutes in Heaven, My parents will be there so it also cant be nothing like that. I have to keep it PG-13. I have the board game Apples & Apples :) Any other good board games? Or any other games like Truth or Dare & DDD? I also have a PS3 so is there any good games out to buy? Good movies [PG-13 & Some 'R' exception] Scary, Funny...Food...Please help me xD Also I'm planning on inviting around 10-12 people or less.

hi :) I guess your american so you do things a little different from us english but, no offence, but your 'house party' sounds crap :/ board games, pg-13 movies (i guess thats like a Uk 12a?) no drink? no kissing? will you be doing anything? to be fair that is not a house party. But if you don't want to do that then maybe have a photo shoot? you could go to a place or have someone come to you, it isnt expensive and people buy there own photos so you don't have to, its loads of fun and takes up a lot of time xxx

maybe all go the cinemeas?

i'm sure it'll just be adorable
