Question: Is chocolate commonly served with tea/coffee on the Continent in the way we serve biscuits/cake?

Just something I observed with Dutch people I've met.

Umm i guess so, in Italy people often have cake with an espresso, in England its usually biscuits, depends on the country TBH....
