Dress up like you favorite celebrity as if your going onto the red carpet the night of your party. Maybe have a spot where you guest can take pictures in an area that looks like a real studio. With games you may can do Match That Celebrity (Give clues and your guest have to match it to the correct celeb) or make up some other games. I know musical chairs are for younger kids put add your favorite kind of music and it will make it fun! Do contests, fashion walks or something that will pull the feel of New York into your party room for your guess to enjoy! Have a Happy Birthday and hope it all works out for you.
