I know it sounds 'baby-ish' but hear me out now, a spa party you will love it and everyone will too. look up diffrent images on google 4 ur bday for example:

- Masquerade Ball (Have everyone come in very grand costumes, they can buy their own masks or you can give a plain mask out which each invitation and have your guests decorate them)
- Backyard Barbeque (Have the party at your house, or rent out a big outdoor area, set up all kinds of picnic table with red and white checked table clothes, have a big barbeque with lots of food, you can also set up a dance floor and hire a DJ! )
- Fashion Extraveganza (if you are renting out a hall transform it into a sort of lounge area, you can get those shoe seats and make a dance floor, you can use black and white and Hot pink or a different colour. You could even ask your guests to only wear black or white and you can be the star in pink! Even make a runway if you want )
- RAINBOW PARTY! (all of your guests have to wear a solid coloured dress/suit/outfit and have lots of brightly coloured decorations, even a pot of gold! For a really fun picture you can all get together and put yourselves in coloured order and for snacks you can have a candy table [have candy like skittles, m&m's, gold coinds] and parttyy)
- Tight&Bright (or glow in the dark party, it can be tons of fun! Get white [or bright] streamers and balloons and rent out blacklights and a DJ! Everyone will have tons of fun!)
- Jungle Fever Party (If you are into animal prints then it is the perfect idea! And there are all kinds of things you can do! Its also fun to serve different mocktails&a fruit buffet!)
- Mardi Gras (Everyone can dress up, dont forget beads and feathers and colours! You can hang up all kinds of pictures/posters and have lots of fun with fabrics and colours! If you have it in your budget you can try to get some kind of performers [ie. stilt walers, juglers, dancers or a parade]

You can have a spring theme since usually around january is when you get sick of winter and want it to be sping already lol. You could buy fake yellow flowers stuff like that

do a stary stary night theme like the painting or at least the stars and yellow thing. use stars that glows and do it at night
